REFUND CLAUSES 退款条款

PLEASE CHOOSE AND ORDER CAREFULLY, REGARDING THE HANDLING FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY SETTLEMENT SOFTWARE, ETC. AS WE DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDERS UNCONDITIONALLY IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND. 请慎重选择及购买,如果您改变主意,因涉及到国际支付软件的结算费等,我们不会无条件退款或更换原有订单。


We accept refunds or exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law under the below circumstances: 根据澳大利亚消费者法,我们在以下情况接受退款或换货:

  • 3. Not fit for purpose. 产品尺码不合适。

Not all purchases are eligible for return. Item not eligible include; perfumes, vitamins, food or medicine (as storage conditions may be compromised and product could be tampered). 并不是所有的购买都有资格退货。不符合条件的物品包括:香水、维生素、食品或药品(因为储存条件可能会受到影响、产品可能会被篡改)。

Please contact our customer service team to confirm your eligibility to return your purchase. You will need to contact our team for more details and confirmation before sending your return back to us. When you encounter a product that is faulty or incorrect. 当您遇到产品有故障或不正确时。
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect (as per your receipt) when you receive it, please contact our customer service team. We will handle it properly for you. All products involving claim settlement or refund must provide clear photo or video evidence of the original shipping case and logistics list in parcels,otherwise the claim will not be settled. 如果您收到物品时有瑕疵、损坏或错误(根据您的收据),请联系我们的客户服务团队。我们将会妥善为您处理。所有涉及理赔或退款的产品需提供清晰的发货原箱及面单的照片或视频证据,否则不予理赔。

Cancellations. 取消订单。
Please remember that in most cases, orders placed are dispatched on the same or next several business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. The orders which have to be posted back to us, at the expense of the customer where the full products refund less postage will be provided.
